CRUALITY ON ANIMALS

I red an news item on Telugu Regional news papers on 17th Oct 2010 which is heart moving news. It is about killing of 100 odd monkeys crually. Some farmers at Madanapalle Rural Mandal, Bangalore road, Pedda Marrimanu Village heniously caged 100 monkeys and they dumped in them in Gunny bags, tied the gunny bags. Later they killed them  by kikking with Iron rods. Our district administration is sleeping and never bothred for human beings how should we expect they care for animals. But this is not the way the farmers behaved, they might have brougt to the notice of Forest Depatment officials or wild life protection agencies nearby or atleast they might abonden the poor monkeys in near by forests. It is the responcibility of District administratration and humanists, that this type of cruality never happen in future. Killing wild animals is crime under wild animals protection act 1972, but nobady cares the law and respect the law. I hope Chittor collector and superintendent of police enquire the matter.
